On Apr. 19th, the RTR leadership had a meeting. During the meeting, we discussed the following:
- Community Meeting Planning: We finalized the outline for the upcoming leadership meeting, and decided to use Zoom as the platform for it.
- Post-COVID Plans: We discussed possible meeting locations for when in-person meets are again possible. Since both Event Horizon and Bada Wings sadly closed, we will need new locations for games and post-game gatherings. We plan to conduct a survey of our members to determine what areas our players live in now, and ask for any location ideas they many have.
- Evaluating Kanka.io: We demoed the campaign manager Kanka.io during the meeting, and are conducting larger-scale tests with it.
- File management: We had a brief discussion about where files live and how backups should be managed.
- Volunteer appreciation, and how to demonstrate it: We discussed the need to show appreciation for volunteers. Ideas are welcomed.
- Plans for Fall 2021: We will be opening this season up to the community to run one shots or mini campaigns during the usual SOP time slots. Please reach out to Byerly and JC if this is something you might be interested in.
