Welcome, family, to a game and a place like no other. The Old Gods of Appalachia Roleplaying Game is set in an alternate Appalachia, a place filled with creatures of the Green, the Inner Dark, and things even more ancient. It’s based on the Old Gods of Appalachia podcast, a captivating eldritch horror anthology created by Steve Shell and Cam Collins. The game uses the Cypher system by Monte Cooke Games.

Players will not need familiarity with the Cypher system or the Old Gods podcast, though I strongly recommend the podcast.

• Pre-generated Characters will be provided and yours to keep.
• This game uses 1d20 and percental dice (usually 2d10, with one die marked as the 10s digit). A d6 is also useful. Dice will be available for use.
• Please bring a pencil or other favorite writing instrument and perhaps some spare paper for notes.
